Paramotor Screwdriver
The carburetor adjustment screw on a Vittorazi Moster 185 is really hard to get to. Additionally, it is really sensitive... with most carburetors fine adjustments are made over a half a turn. On the 185, the difference between too rich and too lean is about five minutes of a turn (60 minutes in a full turn, like a clock). This means that to make a final adjustment you may need to turn it only one minute! That's barely moving it!
To help with these problems, I built a better screwdriver. First step, draw it up in CAD:

What I needed was a very wide but very stubby handle.
The raised points around the edge help hold it, but they are positioned every five minutes. This helps me see exactly how much I have adjusted.
Then just 3D print, and stick in a flat-blade screwdriver insert:
